A short-form (~15 minute) personalized recording for days when you need a quicker practice.  Includes your intention so your sub- & un-conscious minds still receive the sankalpa if you fall asleep & imagery that aligns that with your intention & goals.

1 x Long Yoga Nidra Recording

A long-form (~30 minute) personalized recording for days when you have more time & are able to get the benefits of going deeper with the practice.  Includes your intention so your sub- & un-conscious minds still receive the sankalpa if you fall asleep & imagery that aligns that with your intention & goals.

1 x Tracking Sheet

An easy way to record when you practice & what you notice to help you understand what benefits you are receiving & keep you inspired to practice.
