When do I need to decide by?
Registration closes on Friday, April 30th, 2021, but join by Thursday, April 29th to vote on the live call times.
What time are the calls?
Call times will be adapted to the group that joins so that most people can attend some or most calls live. You will have a chance to vote for your first and second choice of call time when you register.
What if I can't attend all the sessions live?
No prob! You will get the recordings of the sessions as well as accountability for your daily practice if you wish. Call times will be decided based on the group so that hopefully everyone is able to attend at least some of the calls live.
Do I need to have meditation experience?
Nope! None, zero, nilch. If you have some, cool! If not, equally cool!
What philosophy is this based in?
You will learn the reasons & benefits of meditation from the Classical & Tantric (this is not what you might think it is haha) yoga & mindfulness perspectives, as well as a bit about what's happening in our physiology. Meditation techniques will come from the Tantric yoga (including Kundalini) & mindfulness traditions & range from giving the mind more to do or "hold onto" to more simple techniques so there's something for everyone.
